About the Team

We want to find the best people to join our team and then help you to do your best work. The Employee Relations Team is a new Center of Excellence within the People Team, with the mission to ensure our organization’s treatment of every employee is fair, respectful, and consistent with our Cloudflare Capabilities. To support that mission, this position’s responsibilities fall into proactive and reactive categories. Reactive responsibilities include handling complex investigations and partnering with business leaders on the performance management process. Proactive responsibilities include identifying and addressing trends to improve the overall employee experience at Cloudflare.

In this role, you will report to the Sr. Director, Employee Relations and support our Americas People Team Business Partners (PTBPs). You will be partnering with key stakeholders across Cloudflare in various ways, including those listed below:

What You’ll Do

  • Operate as a trusted advisor, consulting with PTBPs and senior business leaders on complex organizational issues and challenging assumptions to create solutions that solve business problems.
  • Conduct complex and thorough investigations into employee relations matters, providing fair and objective recommendations for resolution.
  • Adhere to service level agreements for timely response and follow up to issues, including appropriate use of the case management system, effective and thorough documentation and reporting, and all associated processes.
  • Build, analyze, and maintain ER metrics and present data to People Team partners on a quarterly basis.
  • Conduct in-depth root cause analysis of ER trends, presenting data-driven stories in business language to influence talent decisions and advise on the productivity impact of attrition.
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers in assigned business units to address employee performance issues, including the administration of the PIP or Package process.
  • Partner with the Learning and Development Team to develop training workshops/classes/toolkits for leaders.
  • Assist with the updating of Company policies and responding to inquiries and concerns.
  • Lead and coordinate major global ER projects, requiring significant analysis and the development of innovative solutions that have a broad impact on the ER model and company policy.
  • Partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders, including Legal Compliance, Payroll, Benefits, and other departments to resolve employee issues in a timely manner.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team for a short-term contract from July to December 2026. In this role, you will drive end-to-end technical recruitment in a fast-paced environment, working as a strategic ally to our hiring managers.

Employment Note: This is a 6-month contract position. The successful candidate will be employed and paid through our external payroll partner.

An annual salary range for this role is ₹895,000 to ₹1,080,000.

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and non technical roles across APAC.
  • Act as an embedded talent partner to engineering leadership, providing guidance on role design, seniority calibration, market availability, and hiring tradeoffs.
  • Lead structured role intake sessions with hiring managers to define scope, expectations, technical requirements, and success criteria.
  • Develop and execute proactive technical sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, referrals, and targeted talent communities.

  • Strong knowledge of India and broader APAC technical talent markets and cultural nuances.

The Opportunity:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contractor) supporting the AMS region (Canada, US, Mexico), you will lead full cycle recruiting across a range of technical and business functions. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to attract, assess, and hire top talent, while acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.

This is a highly collaborative role with strong visibility across the business. This role requires someone who can navigate fast moving environments with confidence and adaptability. You’ll play a key role in helping teams grow while ensuring a high bar for talent and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle hiring: Own end to end hiring across G&A, GTM and Technical functions. You own the outcome from intake to close, not just the process.
  • Proactive sourcing: You build pipelines before we need them and diversify channels deliberately. That looks different for a sales hire than a finance director or an engineer.

  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing in all jurisdictions.
  • Establish payroll governance, controls, audit procedures, and compliance practices.
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting on payroll accounting, reconciliations, accruals, audits, and reporting.
  • Lead payroll vendor strategy, implementation, and optimization efforts.
  • Support international payroll expansion and operational readiness for new markets.
Leave of Absence & Employee Programs
  • Oversee all leave of absence programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, state and local leave programs, parental leave, disability programs, military leave, and international leave requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international leave regulations.
  • Manage third-party leave administrators and related vendor partnerships.
  • Develop leave policies, procedures, communications, and manager guidance.
  • Partner with Legal and HR Business Partners on complex leave and accommodation matters.
  • Monitor leave trends, compliance risks, and employee experience metrics.
Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, system governance policies, and training materials.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, data privacy regulations, audits, and internal controls.
  • Lead HR system audits and support internal and external compliance reviews.

Leadership & Partnership
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to People & Culture leadership on HR technology strategy and workforce data.
  • Collaborate closely with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop HRIS and benefits team members as the function continues to scale.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, data-driven decision making, and operational excellence.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HRIS experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep expertise administering and optimizing UKG (UKG Pro, UKG Ready, or related platforms).
  • Strong experience with HR system implementations, integrations, and change management initiatives.
  • Proven success building workforce analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
  • Experience managing employee benefits programs and vendor relationships.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with HR reporting and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance requirements, data privacy regulations, and HR operational best practices.
  • Experience supporting multi-state and international employee populations preferred.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a high-growth environment.

Au sein de l'équipe " RH siège " et sous la responsabilité de la responsable formation & alternance , vous êtes en charge de la gestion administrative de la formation et du suivi administratif de contrats en alternance pour un périmètre défini.

Vous contribuez à la mise en oeuvre du plan de développement des compétences de l'association en lien direct avec les organismes de formation et les établissements.
Vous impulsez la mise en oeuvre des actions, veillez à leur planification et si nécessaire au réajustement du besoin. Vous veillez à la définition du cahier des charges en lien avec le commanditaire de la formation.
Vous êtes en charge du suivi administratif de chacune des actions de formation de votre périmètre :
o Convention, convocation, facturation, suivi des participants
o Relations avec l'OPCO, demandent de prise en charge et de remboursement
Vous veillez à l'alimentation du Plan de développement des compétences via le SIRH Talent-soft, à la mise à jour et à la cohérence des données.
Vous participez à la transmission des informations utiles à la fin de la formation et à leur évaluation.

Vous êtes en support auprès des établissements de votre périmètre dans l'exercice de construction du plan de développement des compétences en lien avec les orientations prioritaires fixées par la direction générale et les obligations légales. Vous pouvez être amenés à les aider dans leur recherche d'organismes de formation et dans l'obtention de devis.

Vous disposez d'un bac+2 ou bac+3 en ressources humaines et d'une expérience en gestion de la formation.
Vous maitrisez les outils bureautiques dont Excel.
La connaissance de notre secteur d'activité et de l'OPCO Santé serait apprécié.
Vous êtes rigoureux-se, réactif.ve et organisé-e et savez faire preuve d'autonomie. Vous êtes à l'aise relationnellement et saurez créer une relation de confiance avec l'ensemble de vos interlocuteurs.
