NiCE is seeking an experienced, highly driven Services Program Manager with strong expertise in delivering large-scale, complex technology programsâspecifically in the financial services domain. This role requires deep hands-on program governance capabilities, exceptional stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership to drive end-to-end execution of Actimize delivery programs.

What you will need:
3 - 5 years of program direction/management experience in a geo-dispersed, matrixed organization, with a proven track record of delivering a diverse portfolio of software products and solutions for multiple clients simultaneously.
A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
A minimum of 8 years of experience working in a technology-oriented company or functional role. Legal, Consulting, Accountancy (Big 4) or Risk experience a huge plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must; this position involves a significant amount of direct customer interaction
Excellent organizational and administrative skills, must be detail-oriented
Results oriented, resourceful, comfortable working under tight deadlines with a demanding set of internal and external customers in a start-up environment
